Just do it!
Carving has completely changed alpine skiing. Cutting the turn instead of sliding it is our goal. Speed and fun have become more important.
What is Carving?
Carving has been developed through racing. The shape of skis has changed to facilitate this skiing technique i.e. a wider tip and tail and a narrower middle. A smaller radius and shorter skis can be more fun. "Fun Carvers" are the most aggressive skis.
Why should I learn it?
Even beginners will benefit from the new shape of the skis. Steering your turns has become easier with shaped skis. If you follow the basic instructions, it'll be easy for you to learn this exciting technique.
You'll definitely learn it with JoSchi!
