PRICES / ACCOMMODATION TAX
Our listed room prices are per person and night excluding accommodation tax. Reduced children's prices apply to overnight stays in the parents' room with 2 or more full-paying guests. Overnight tax €1.60 per person per night; excluding children up to the age of 15, statutory Subject to change
DISCOUNTS
Multi-adult occupancy: – 15% discount for the 3rd adult in the room / – 25% discount from the 4th adult in the room
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT / CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The accommodation contract becomes binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation. From this point in time, the contract can be canceled subject to our cancellation conditions. A deposit of 40% must be paid upon receipt of the booking confirmation or no later than 1 month before departure. If the deposit has not been transferred by this time, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the accommodation contract and to charge the applicable cancellation fee. Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner. Thereafter, the following applies: Withdrawal by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is possible with the payment of the following cancellation fees:
Modified cancellation conditions (only apply to individual travelers)

• Free cancellation possible up to 4 weeks before arrival
• 40% of the price will be charged up to 3 weeks before arrival
• 70% of the price will be charged up to 2 weeks before arrival
• 100% of the price will be charged up to 1 week before arrival.
Free cancellation is possible under the following circumstances:
• Lockdown
• Border closure
• Travel warning for our area.
• If you have to go into statutory home quarantine after departure
• Corona-related closure of our company
If you or someone living in the household falls ill with Covid-19 (as with all other illnesses and accidents).
there is no free cancellation. In this case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We would also like to point out that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts and that our cancellation conditions apply instead.
HOTEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up. In the case of cancellations, late arrival or early departure, our above cancellation conditions apply. In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out aHotel cancellation insurance.
