The cities are getting hotter and the beaches are getting more crowded.It feels incredibly good at 1,500 meters or even higher to enjoy healthy air, leisure, sport or a week's holiday. The children love to discover the Alm Erlebnis Raum independently, without hectic and without pressure.
Come by one day at the weekend and if you would like to stay overnight, we have the Almgasthof, the Almhütte, the Sportpension and the apartments in Göstling open for you in summer. We look forward to you and your impressions.
WILD WONDER CARD
With an overnight stay, adventurers can explore nature for free with the Wilde Wunder Card: "On the wooden path" in the Mendlingtal adventure world, in the Leckermoos high moor, in the Palfau waterhole gorge, in the Nix cave or in the Ötscher-Tormäuer nature park. There are free lift rides on the Ötscher, Hochkar, Gemeindealpe and Bürgeralpe. And much more!
ALM EXPERIENCE SPACE
In the "Alm Experience Room" children find instructive and exciting experiences in the alpine landscape. Here you can go on a journey of discovery with the Almbua.
The Almerlebnispass shows the way to the different stations of the hike, where the kids can discover and experience a lot together with Hochkar Fredl, the new mountain summer companion. The starting point for the alpine adventure hike is the valley station, where you can also get the adventure pass for an exciting alpine experience at the cash desk.
HOCHKAR SKYWALK
Walk past the Berghaus along the road to the transmission mast. From there, a slightly uphill path leads you to the start portal of the 60m long, slightly swinging suspension bridge. To the north-west, immerse yourself in the alpine Mostviertel and enjoy the wide view of the Danube Valley and beyond to the Waldviertel and Weinviertel. At the end portal you will experience two great panoramic views - from the Hochschwab massif to the Hohe Tauern you can see the entire Eastern Alps.
YBBSTALER BRINE BATH
Enjoy relaxing hours in our brine and sauna paradise in Göstling an der Ybbs. In the pleasant 32°C to 34°C warm brine water you can relax wonderfully both indoors and outdoors. The slide and the children's paradise make your stay in the Ybbstal brine pool an unforgettable bathing experience.
